Baijayant “Jay” Panda undertakes this unique initiative wherein every quarter he reviews infrastructure projects in his constituency of Kendrapara, Odisha. These projects range from small, to medium, to big, that are transforming the constituency. Each project status is shared along with all relevant details such as implementing agencies and estimated cost, as well as geotagged and date- and time-stamped pictures of the projects, to allow for better monitoring by interested and concerned citizens.

He relentlessly follows up and reviews the progress every month at all levels from the field to Bhubaneswar to Delhi. As mentioned above, all the pics are GEOTAGGED and DATE-STAMPED for authenticity. This is something Baijayant Panda has been pushing for in all major government and PSU projects, and have also moved a private member's bill in the Lok Sabha.
