Shri Jay Panda began his parliamentary journey in 2000 and has served five terms across the Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. He currently represents Kendrapara, Odisha, and chairs key committees on Public Undertakings and Income Tax. Over the years, he has contributed to major legislative reforms through active participation in various committees.

Shri Jay Panda has brought in over 40 Private Members’ Bills to improve governance, protect digital rights, and support social change.
